In addition to being a Disney fan, Kathleen is a mother, writer, runner, reader and chocolate eater. She enjoys visiting Disney destinations with her family and vividly remembers her first trip to Walt Disney World when she was just six years old. A graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge, Kathleen also holds a BA in Environmental Policy from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL, and an MS in Technical Communication from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. Prior to joining Polka Dot Bow Adventures, she worked as a freelance writer and editor and in communications for a marine science research organization. She lives in North Carolina with her husband, two young children and two old dogs.

Elizabeth currently resides in a suburb of Buffalo, NY, where she is the primary caregiver for her younger sister. She holds a B.F.A. from Buffalo State College and enjoys various forms of creative expression.  It makes sense that she would love Disney, as it is extremely creative and imaginative.  Elizabeth had spent her entire life dreaming of taking a Disney vacation. Three years ago, that dream finally came true when she visited Walt Disney World.  She has been to Walt Disney World two other times since then and had a magical experience on the Disney Dream in 2013. She has enjoyed all of these trips with her sister, whom is in a wheelchair, and their mother. Elizabeth offers a unique perspective on Disney vacations from her specialized planning and first-hand experiences with somebody with a disability.

Regina lives outside Milwaukee, WI. Living in a cold state, Regina gets motivated to travel a lot! She has visited Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Universal Studios Orlando many times, hopped aboard the Disney Cruise Line, is passionate about traveling to the Caribbean and Mexico. In fact, she married her prince charming on the island of St. Lucia and has spent anniversaries in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Kristen’s love for all things Disney started when she was very young. She believes that there is nothing quite like experiencing all the magic that Disney has to offer. She has been to Walt Disney World more than 20 times and has also visited Disneyland. Kristen has an abundance of personal experience with the theme parks, resorts, and restaurants in Walt Disney World. She is a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge and is very excited to help her clients plan a magical Disney vacation that fits each person’s needs.

Kristen has a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a Minor in Business Administration from Nicholls State University and has worked for her local District Attorney’s Office as a case manager for the last 8 years. She lives in Houma, Louisiana, with her husband and two young daughters. Kristen plans to bring her daughters to a Disney destination every year to ensure they become Disney fans as well.

Jess Hensley was born and raised in New Jersey and is currently living and working in Hershey, Pennsylvania. She has been visiting Walt Disney World and the Orlando area for 20 years — her most notable trips were when she visited in high school to march in the nighttime parade and then, years later, when she took her son for the first time. When she is not planning Disney vacations, Jess is usually hanging out at home with her son and wife. She enjoys a good road trip with friends, board games, and visiting with family. In addition to being a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge, Jess has a B.S from York College of Pennsylvania in Recreation and Leisure Administration. She interned at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio, and currently works in hospitality in Hershey, PA.

Mendy has a love for Walt Disney World that started at a young age, from childhood value trips to a Disneymoon to taking her kids on magical vacations, and she sees many more visits “home” in her future. Her love of Disney even helped transform her husband from someone who hated Disney into a Disney superfan, always ready to plan their next visit. Mendy has an Associates Degree in Medical Office Management and is currently working as a paraprofessional at an elementary school. She is a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge. She lives in Indiana with her husband, 2 teenagers, and dog.

Casee Olson

Casee started her Walt Disney World experiences with a trip to the Magic Kingdom as a child, visited Epcot as a teen, enjoyed Disney’s Hollywood Studios as a newlywed, and now loves experiencing all of the magic with her own children. When she is not at Disney or planning her own next trip to Disney, Casee is a proud wife and mother of two active children. She graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, with a major in Family and Child Studies, so she’s always been a kid at heart. After college, she held positions that helped people plan and prepare for special events, including as a sales associate in the hotel industry to plan weddings, banquets, and conferences, as an event coordinator at the National Sports Center where she helped organize international youth sporting events with thousands of athletes from around the world, and most recently as a participant experience consultant for a Fortune 500 company to educate adults on planning for the retirement of their dreams. Casee is a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge and has attained a special knowledge of Disney Destinations. She personally knows the joy of a Disney Destination vacation and is excited to help you plan, prepare for, and experience a wonderful vacation of your own because whether your age is 3 or 103, there is something special for each of us with Disney.

Lisa Saggese first visited Disneyland at age 16 while on a trip to California with some of her very large extended family. Since that time, her husband and she have been taking trips to Walt Disney World as a couple, then with their children, then grandchildren and most recently as a 4 generation entourage! Lisa loves the idea of Disney being accessible to every ONE and every BUDGET! Whether you travel to Disney yearly or only once every few years, she believes that you should get the absolute MOST out of your trip: the most FUN, the most VALUE, and the most DELIGHTFUL memories for you as a couple, family, or entourage. Lisa has worked in the substance abuse field for nearly 20 years, and by far, the most important lesson she has learned is the value of family, friends and time spent together. One could say that Ashley and Minnie Mouse are kindred spirits. They both live in Florida, they both love Mickey, and they both love all things Disney! At a young age, Ashley started visiting Walt Disney World with her grandparents each year, and she has continued her Disney trips as an adult. Having lived in Nashville, Iowa City, and Chicago, Ashley always knew that one day she would move to Florida and be able to visit Walt Disney World as often as possible. In 2013, Ashley made her dream come true by moving to Florida with her Prince Charming, Martin.

Ashley tries to visit Walt Disney World and Universal Studios each season just to experience all the new things that the parks have to offer, including special events. She enjoys visiting all the newest restaurants that Disney has to offer to experience all the newest foods, drinks, and attractions to pass on the information and reviews to her clients to help you plan the best activities for your specific family.

Ashley has a B.B.A in Marketing from the University of Iowa and currently works as a Healthcare Operations Manager in Pensacola, FL. When they are not at Walt Disney World, Ashley and Martin love spending time with their two labs, Louie and Molly, and traveling to Europe.

Most recently she took her husband and two elementary school aged children for their first visit to Walt Disney World. Alex is also fluent in Spanish, and looks forward to helping you plan the perfect trip for your unique family! Alex holds a B.A. in political science from Oberlin College, an M.A. in law and international relations from American University School of International Service, a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, and an LL.M. in international human rights law from the University of Essex in England. She has worked for various local and national non-profit legal organizations, working closely with attorneys from area law firms, in New York and Washington, DC. She and her family live in Washington, DC.
